1. Acceptance

By accessing or using HeyEnso, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

HeyEnso is an AI-powered email assistant that connects to Gmail to help users read, triage, draft, and manage email workflows. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HeyEnso and have authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts and Google permissions

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. By authorizing Gmail access, you permit HeyEnso to perform the user-visible actions requested by you within the app.

You may revoke Google access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use HeyEnso for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Use the service in violation of Google terms or applicable laws

6. Analytics and consent controls

Product analytics are optional and consent-based. You can enable or disable analytics in onboarding or Settings at any time.

7. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account in-app or through our Delete My Data page. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

8. Disclaimers

HeyEnso is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyEnso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
