Delete My Data

You can request deletion of your HeyEnso account and associated data from inside the app or from this website.

Option 1 — Delete in app (recommended)

  1. Open HeyEnso
  2. Go to Settings → Account Lifecycle → Delete account
  3. Confirm account deletion

Option 2 — Request by email

Email privacy@heyenso.com from your account email with subject line Delete my account.

Option 3 — Revoke Google access

You can revoke Google API permissions immediately via Google Account Permissions. Revoking access alone does not delete data already stored by HeyEnso; use Option 1 or 2 for full deletion requests.

What is deleted

  • HeyEnso account profile and app preferences
  • Connected Gmail integration records and synced app data
  • Stored OAuth-related tokens managed by our systems
  • Consented analytics identity and future analytics tracking

Timeline

We aim to complete account and associated data deletion within 30 days of a valid request.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited data where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. Where possible, retained data is minimized and restricted.
